Camping

The best perk of camping at Cages Bend Campground is the playground. That's where I practice all my Batman manuevers like sliding down the bat pole. This past time I had two little boys following me around the playground when I was wearing my Batman costume. I guess they wanted to audition for my sidekick, Robin. That's cool, but I think Batgirl (aka Mama), Batdog (aka Speedy) & I have it under control.
Old Hickory lake. When Paw Paw takes me for a ride in his boat here we speed past Johnny Cash's old house that burned down. Ring of fire indeed.
It's important to bring the necessities while camping. Motorcycle & helmet. Check!
My pals Mr. David & Ms. Pam. They are my Granny's longtime friends & Ms. Pam use to babysit for my mama when she was a little girl. Every year in July they camp with their two daughters at the same time Granny & Paw Paw camp at Cages Bend in Gallatin, TN.
Last year when I was still learning how to talk I would call Mr. David "Micker David" because I couldn't pronounce it. It's kind of a funny thing they still like to call him.
I love this guy!
The official camper sign.
The campsite. Number 33.
The view from our tent.
My Granny & Paw Paw camped in luxury in their trailer while Mama & I roughed it in the tent. I even got my own mummy sleeping bag! I'm such an outdoorsman.
It's always smart to have a vicious guard dog in case those pesky coyotes come around!
